Your project is going to help you make money... we hope!  Whether this is by providing warehousing, a new theatre or simply functional space for your business, the chances are that it has to fulfil any number of key tasks.

Delivering on this aim is made easier with a detailed design phase - ideally this needs to include you as the client, an Architect, engineers (both structural and services) and your Contractor to provide a unified approach to your project.

All too often, we find clients who have taken a brief to a professional team; this is then translated into a vast tender document which Contractors have to interpret and then submit their bid on the basis that the lowest price often wins.

We have a somewhat different model - we bring you a co-ordinated and multi-disciplinary team to include an Architect, a steel frame design that can be optimised to the needs of your project and a delivery team that has worked together for many years.

Our fabrication facility (pictured to the right) is ISO 9001 accredited, highly automated and has an output of over 700 tonnes of finished steel per week.
