This process of optimisation allows us to tailor the potential building to deliver best value by reducing steel weights and improving on-site delivery times.

Saved time equates to further savings in costs and gets you into your building faster than a traditional procurement process.

So… what’s different?

Well, apart from our commitment to your project (which comes as standard with the Azure team), the steel frame itself is manufactured in a computer-controlled environment to minimise waste at every stage. Your columns and roof trusses are optimised during the design phase with the web and both flanges being defined by your building specification. These three parts are brought together for an automated welding process – typically an 8.5m column could be fully welded in just 4 minutes!

This efficiency means there is very little waste – a traditional design using UB section or similar will almost certainly create waste in the fabrication process, waste that equates to added cost.
